Warranty Policy

The warranties provided by the manufacturers of various products are the only warranties in effect with respect to the same.  Cyber Computer Solutions, LLC, does not independently warranty any of these products. 

Privacy Policy

Cyber Computer Solutions LLC. respects your privacy. Cyber Computer Solutions LLC. may share customer information with certain third parties acting on our behalf for limited purposes. For example, we may share personal information with third parties to perform services on our behalf such as:

· Fulfilling customer orders

· Delivering packages

· Scheduling and performing installations

· Sending regular mail and e-mail on behalf of Cyber Computer Solutions LLC.

· Processing credit card payments

We only collect basic information during the support request. This information includes your name, address, phone number and other applicable contact information. Your business/personal information is used solely by Cyber Computer Solutions LLC to fulfill your support request, or to contact you with regards to your repairs

From time to time, we may be required to share personal information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful. We may share certain personal information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property and safety of others and ourselves. We may also transfer personal information in the event of a corporate sale, merger, acquisition, dissolution or similar event.

ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROTECTING THIS DATA FROM PROCESS MUST BE BORNE BY THE CLIENT.

Data Loss Policy

Although we make great efforts to save business/personal data, unless customers specifically request our data backup services, each customer is responsible for backing up any/all data stored on their computers prior to being serviced. We also do not assume responsibility for failed backup media, absences of a backup recovery files or the procedures creating them. If backup recovery services are requested, we will make every effort to backup/restore the data to a last known working state. We also advise our customers to verify all backups as being valid, completed on schedule, rotate the media and replace backup/tape media every six months, create daily backups and create duplicate copies. The second backup copy should be stored in a secure offsite location.  That said, we are not responsible for data loss and will charge appropriately in the event that the data needs to be recovered or restored.

Remote Access Policy

Cyber Computer Solutions LLC. offers remote access service to assist in diagnosing and resolving system issues. This process allows a Cyber Computer Solutions LLC. agent to remotely access your computer to determine the problem and either repair or provide advice on what options are available to resolve the issue. By taking advantage of this service, you are giving permission to a Cyber Computer Solutions LLC. agent to remotely connect into your computer which may contain personal information. A Cyber Computer Solutions LLC. agent will only search your computer to determine the cause of the problem and will attempt to limit their interaction with your files to a minimum. It is your responsibility to ensure all of your files, especially those containing personal information, are secure to prevent any type of data loss or corruption.
